Hi, I’m Sonia!
I’ve called Nashville home for 28 years. Uncovering hidden gems - bookstores, antique shops, cozy cafés, and local treasures around Middle TN (and around the world) - is a true joy.
With 25 years in the travel and hospitality industry, I love bringing people together, creating fun, memorable experiences, and making everyone feel welcome.
Recognizing that Nashville visitors are looking for unique, meaningful, and sometimes sober-friendly experiences, Mooch ’n Meander was born from my love of exploring, treasure-hunting, and gathering friends for laughter, good finds, and yummy eats.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a tour with Sonia for my birthday! We landed on a little town square in Columbia where we had a lovely café lunch, went on a scavenger hunt for fun treasures, and ended our day with a sweet treat!
