The Created and Curated Life • Living By The Sun •

What if you gave yourself permission to discover what you really want from your life?

Not what someone else thinks a good life ought to look like or what you should want.
What YOU want — including the things you've never quite allowed yourself to imagine.

Some of the treasures are already present and they are simply waiting for you to notice and embrace.
While others are still ideas, curiosities, dreams, and possibilities waiting to be explored.

Living by the Sun™ is an invitation to seek them all — to discover what matters to you, decide what belongs, and intentionally create and curate a life you love.

You are allowed to love your life. You are allowed to change it, too.

I'm Sonia Briggs and I help people like you shine a light on hidden treasures and curate the life you've yet to imagine.

Meet Sonia Briggs

Sonia Briggs is a writer, speaker, workshop creator, and the founder of Living by the Sun™ — The Created and Curated Life.

Her work begins with a simple idea: your life is yours to create.

You’re not starting from scratch and you’re not looking for perfection. Above all, you’re certainly not creating according to someone else’s dictates.

Sonia writes and speaks about paying attention to the life you already have, recognizing what is worth keeping, letting go of what no longer belongs, and intentionally creating more of what makes your life feel like your own.

Her work draws from real life — family, work, relationships, faith, change, aging, creativity, disappointment, joy, starting over, and the ordinary days in between.

She is also the creator and host of workshops and gatherings at Pearl, her sweet little farmhouse in Middle Tennessee, where women of different ages and backgrounds come together to learn, make things, celebrate seasons, eat good food, have interesting conversations, and enjoy being human together.

Whether she is writing, speaking from a stage, leading a workshop, or welcoming people through Pearl's doors, Sonia's invitation is much the same:

Pay attention. Seek the treasures. Create what matters. Curate what stays.
