From the very beginning of our lives, through people and experiences, we receive information about ourselves.

Unfortunately, and often, the information that we receive, the part that we believe and take on as our identity, is false.

Trauma from abuse, overbearing relatives, a parent who struggles, poor nutrition, death of a loved one, any or all of these or something else entirely can actually strip us of our identity and we then take on traits that don't actually belong to us. People pleasing, disappearing into ourselves, unsure of our place in the world, unaware of the power we possess, tendency to self-harm and myriad other things become, "just who we are"

You may have raised a family, gotten an excellent education, have a stellar corporate career, been the best homemaker, been the unforgettable PTA mom, or the person who ministers to those less fortunate.

Regardless, here you stand at mid-life wondering who in the world you are and what you want.

The longing to know yourself is there!

You can see the fuzziness of it in your periphery, feel it just out of reach, or hear a distant call that you can't bring in clearly. And the questions remain; Who am I? What do I want? Where do I belong?

To yourself, you may appear as a drab mosaic of everyone and everything that has had contact with you. The idea of sorting the real "me" from all the rest can seem a daunting task.

Join me for a full day workshop where you'll be introduced to your true self and begin the process of filling in vibrant colors of your life's mosaic.

Included are:

  • All materials for the workshop

  • Continental Breakfast

  • Nutritious lunch

  • Time to enjoy Pearl
